Whether you run a small shop or high-volume operation, our DTF films are selected for reliable feeding, consistent ink acceptance, clean release, and dependable transfer quality.

DTF Film for Reliable Production

DTF film is the coated PET media that carries your printed design before it is transferred to a garment. CMYK and white inks are printed onto the film, adhesive powder is applied, and the transfer is cured before heat pressing.

The DTF film you choose can affect media feeding, ink laydown, powder adhesion, peel performance, and production speed. A consistent film helps reduce wasted prints and makes it easier to repeat the same process from one job to the next.

DTF Film Rolls and Sheets

For roll-fed printers, DTF film rolls are the standard choice for continuous production and gang sheets. 24-inch DTF film rolls, commonly around 23.6 inches or 60 cm wide, are widely used with commercial DTF printers and automatic powder shaker systems.

Smaller 13-inch DTF film rolls work well with compact printers and lower-volume setups. For sheet-fed printers or short production runs, DTF film sheets in A3+, A3, and A4 sizes provide a convenient option for testing, sampling, and smaller orders.

Hot Peel and Instant Peel DTF Film

Hot peel DTF film is designed to be peeled while the transfer is still hot or shortly after pressing. This can reduce waiting time and help shops move through garment production more efficiently.

Instant peel DTF film is designed for even faster film removal after pressing, making it useful for busy production environments where speed and workflow efficiency are important.

Single Matte and Double Matte DTF Film

We carry both single matte and double matte DTF film options. These finishes can behave differently during feeding and handling depending on your printer, powder shaker, humidity, and production setup.

The best DTF transfer film is the one that runs consistently with your equipment. When comparing films, consider peel type, coating, printer width, production speed, and your preferred heat-press workflow.

Choosing the Right DTF Transfer Film

Start by selecting a film size compatible with your printer, then choose the peel type and surface finish that best fit your workflow. High-volume shops may benefit from faster peel options, while other setups may prioritize feeding and handling consistency.
